Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

? Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan

? Developing and managing digital prospecting and re-marketing campaigns

? Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)

? Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels

? Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics

? Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results

? Identifying replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition – with an implement, test and measure mindset

? Coordinate regular deep dives into the acquisition performance, build report models and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns

? Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure acquisition goals are met

Required Skill Set

? 2+ years of experience in driving Performance Marketing for a consumer internet startup

? Strong project management, creative & analytical skills combined with an affinity for data

? Strong track record of managing acquisition & retention campaigns across channels

? Self Driven individual with high ownership & a team player

? Willing to cope up with a fast paced environment

? Motivated and independent to act with precision and initiative

? Expertise across all mainstream Paid & CRM Channels
