**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and competitors in the Kodaikanal real estate market.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our land and real estate projects.
- Create and maintain listings of available properties for sale.
- Organize and attend property viewings with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with information and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate and close property sales transactions.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Must have a valid bike license and own a bike for local travel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Kodaikanal real estate market is a plus.
