Key Responsibilities:

Developing and executing email marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives, ensuring timely delivery and consistency.

Managing the end-to-end process of email campaigns, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization.

Segmenting the email lists based on behaviours like past email engagement, website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.), and data analysis.

Creating email templates, landing pages, and forms to enhance email campaign performance and user experience.

Collaborating with the content team to ensure content alignment with email campaigns.

Monitoring and analysing email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) and generate reports on campaign performance.

Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and suggest improvements for email campaigns.
