Position: Marketing Specialist

Salary:

For Freshers: 12,000 per month

For Experienced Candidates: Salary will be based on experience with potential for a hike.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet targets.

Main responsibility is to going to different colleges, meet college admin/dean/principal, describe our company and ask for students who can do training program with us

Not only students circulate the leaflets to various IT software engineers from various IT companies in infocity area.

Your target is to full fill max 30-50 candidates per month.

Meet different students circulate our brochures and offer them a special discount if they provide some referrals.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth.

Manage social media accounts and engage with our audience.

Collaborate with the team to create compelling marketing content.

Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Experience in marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.

Strong communication skills and a results-driven attitude.
