The Company is looking for an experienced and qualified General Manager Marketing and Sales to plan and organize the marketing and selling of our company's products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry.
The General Manager Marketing and Sales, will be responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans.
The candidate should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of marketing and sales.
Responsibilities of GM Marketing & Sales:
Create strategic plans to increase company's productivity
Forge new business partnerships to look for development and growth prospects.
Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
Identify selling strategies and opportunities to increase revenue.
Evaluate current sales processes and recommend improvements including measures to expand and envigorate the Distributor and Dealer networks.
Preparing annual budget plans for Marketing and Sales, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
Preparing and implementing new marketing plans and advertising to promote sales objectives.
Maintain high standards of excellence and high quality of content on social media platforms
Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet specified marketing and sales objectives.
Maintaining relationships with important clients, Distributors and Dealers by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Candidate should not be more than 40 Years of Age.
