Qualifications:
Education: Postgraduate degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing and sales operations using Salesforce
Other skills and abilities include:
- Proven experience in marketing & sales operations or a similar role, with a strong focus on Salesforce
analytics and processes.
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (preferably Pardot)
related to analytics and reporting dashboards (does not require Salesforce certification)
- Proficiency in B2B data analysis, with the ability to track and report on marketing and sales KPIs for
both real-time and monthly reviews.
- Excellent project management skills across multiple stakeholders using Smartsheet.
- Proven experience with Tableau, Salesforce Analytics Cloud (based on Tableau but integrated into
Salesforce), or Power BI.
- Proven experience documenting processes using visual flowchart tools such as Visio or LucidChart.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in building & communicating training materials for sales & marketing processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on data accuracy and process optimization.
- Ability to adapt to changing technology and industry trends
