Job Summary:
? Organize and oversee the daily Marketing Operations to ensure the business is
well-coordinated and performing efficiently as well as effectively
? Maximize efficiency and effectiveness of operations through extensive process
analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
? Work closely with stake holders (Offshore & Onshore) to plan and manager the
overall business success strategy
Key Responsibilities:
? Accountable for meeting key business metrics like Productivity, Quality, SLA, etc.
? Defining measures of success of each process and track it to showcase the
performance of the overall team.
? Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic
goals
? Collaborate with the leadership team to build an environment of collective
responsibility and accountability
? Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and
processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key
initiatives
? Translate business requirements and hypotheses into analyses and insights to aid
business decision making
? Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to
organizational objectives and apply improvements
? Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer
satisfaction
? Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data
and metrics
? Play a leading role in driving career progression of the team
Requirements and Key Skills:
? Proven experience as Director of Operations or equivalent position
? Through knowledge of Digital Marketing
? Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
? Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
? Experience in Project management
Qualifications & Experience
? Postgraduate with superior academic record
? 15+ years of overall experience with minimum 5+ years of proven experience of
operations management at a Sr. leadership position
