Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our real estate projects and enhance brand visibility. If you have a strong background in real estate marketing, a creative mindset, and excellent leadership skills, we would love to have you on board.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and generate leads for real estate projects.

Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Create compelling marketing content, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts.

Manage digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.

Coordinate and oversee advertising and promotional activities, such as print ads, online ads, billboards, and events.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as brokers, agents, contractors, and vendors.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate marketing.

Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the real estate industry.

In-depth knowledge of real estate marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.

Strong understanding of market research and analysis.

Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
