The responsibilities will include:
Drive market research through primary/secondary study methods, to analyse suitable markets and distribution models for sales. This will involve working with the sales te a marketing Blueprint and Budget, to drive awareness and sales.
Drive an extensive rebranding exercise involving brand design, content and product packaging & labelling.
Drive visibility across digital and chosen outdoor channels. Includes ecomm listing, social media awareness, collaborations with dairy/agri related content creators. Create performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Create outward facing communication such as proposals and pitch decks for prospective partners, funders or collaborators. Assist in customer engagement related communication.
The candidate is expected to have strategic thinking abilities, excellent written communication abilities, knowledge of the dairy/FMCG product market and latest trends and largely the zeal to drive marketing needs independently or with the help of interns and partner agencies.
The candidate is expected to work closely with cross functional teams to incorporate useful insights into communication efforts.
