Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase hotel occupancy rates, drive revenue growth, and improve brand recognition

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns

Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation

Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders

Manage the hotel's online presence, including social media, email marketing, and website content

Develop and manage the hotel's loyalty programs and customer retention initiatives

Prepare and manage the marketing budget

Provide regular reports on marketing activities and campaign performance

Work with the management team to develop and implement new revenue-generating initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hotel industry

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

Excellent knowledge of marketing principles and techniques

Experience in digital marketing, including social media and email marketing

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data and consumer insights

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High attention to detail and accuracy

Fluency in English; additional language skills will be an added advantage
