Job Responsibility:-
• Work with a stellar team in the ideation and development of marketing strategies in partnership with the Healthcare Business Unit and lead implementation of marketing tactics designed to meet product brand objectives; help deliver sales target and meet marketing KPIs.
• Engage in writing content for all marketing materials including emails, print and digital collateral, sales enablement materials and all product specific presentations. Engage with graphic designer(s), copy editors, and other vendors for production.
• Orchestrate necessary approvals from business, legal, and clinical teams for all marketing materials.
• Lead market research projects to test messaging and creative elements of marketing campaigns to optimize the impact & relevancy of marketing.
• Monitor, evaluate and analyze marketing activities of key competitors to identify trends, opportunities and best practices and to stay current in the genetic testing field.
• Develop dashboards to provide insights into Healthcare marketing performance relative to KPIs and projections, as set together with the company board.
• Use a data-driven approach to identify, execute, and optimize digital media marketing campaigns (paid search and content distribution) for efficiency and scalability.
• Accountable for the management and delivery of Digital Healthcare marketing programs, campaigns, collateral, etc.
• working seamlessly with cross-functional teams as part of Pharma GM’s go-to-market plans to ensure delivery on-time and on budget.
