Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

generate and qualify leads

source and develop client referrals

prepare sales action plans and strategies

schedule sales activity

plan and conduct direct marketing activities

make sales calls to new and existing clients

develop sales proposals

prepare and present sales contracts

respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person

ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships

follow up on sales activity

monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management

participate in sales events

monitor competitors, market conditions and product development

Responsible for developing sales for various products/services of the business.

Regular interaction with clients for sourcing new business and addressing issues arising out of services provided.

Participate in client meetings.

Responsible for execution of the Leads generation.

Generating suitable leads as per the Business Requirement.

Conducting Client Meetings and follow-ups whenever necessary as directed by the Head of Sales/Business Development Head.
