Role as Sales & Marketing Manager

Identify, evaluate and manage strategic risks and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company and industry policies and procedures.
Increase the overall productivity of the branch by implementing the budget effectively, eliminating inefficiencies, and capturing growth opportunities.
Maintain fruitful relationships with current customers and establish good relationships with new ones.

Develop marketing strategies.
Managing resources, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, and growing the location's revenues.
Maintaining continuous contact with the people involved in the decision-making regarding security contracts.
Acquiring Clients Internally for increasing revenues for the company
Strengthening and maintaining relationships with High Net Worth clients by offering prioritized servicing.
Error-free execution, resolving queries and providing solutions in a timely manner, managing risk.
Identifying clients’ potential and offering services accordingly to maximize business income.
Getting aware of the security management of other agencies and put strategies into execution.
Requirements: A bachelor's degree and at least 10+ years of experience in facility management service in a Security services agency Strong oral and written communication skills with all organizational levels as well as with external partners and vendors The competence to create reports and presentations, and to offer recommendations, cost-benefit evaluations, and alternative solutions for a Security services company.
