MIN EXPERIENCE: 5 Years in Fire Alarm System Mandatory
Role & Responsibilities
• Responsible for all sales and marketing activities of the company and implementation of the Business plan, which includes: prospecting, lead generation and qualification, presentation development and follow-up.
• He shall be responsible for new strategic alliances by preparing proposals, presentation and concept notes
• Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
• Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
• Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed:

• Qualification: Preferably Master's Degree -MBA with B Tech
• Good Knowledge of working on Excel
• Good Negotiation Skillls
• Client Management
• Working on tender based projects

• Management and team-building skills, including the ability to build and mentor a high performance team and manage the projects efficiently.
