Roles and Responsibility

1. Build, lead, mentor & grow a high-performing global marketing team to consistently drive growth across paid media

2. Strategize ROI driven cross-channel performance marketing campaigns to driven growth across the user-funnel

3. Work closely with Product, CRM, Persons teams to drive funnel optimization initiatives

4. Build frameworks for experimentation to improve conversion & engagement rates across marketing channels

5. Build processes for cross-team collaboration with persona, creative & content teams to drive market penetration across various levels.
