Key Roles & Responsibilities
Establish brand positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing
plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
Lead the execution of marketing programs, leveraging internal support and
driving collaboration
Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best
practices to build successful strategies
Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and
evolve lead-nurturing tactics
Better understanding of product and brand marketing and are up-to-date with the
latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, inbound marketing and content
marketing. Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish
budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide
sales support
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and
communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and
budgets
Assist Sales team with lead generation, industry fitments as well as through sales
kits and various collaterals such as testimonials, case-studies to better the
conversion funnel
Thorough understanding of the international digital marketing landscape and best
practices especially regarding the US market
Experience
Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns in International
Market
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies
Minimum 7+ years of proven industry experience
