Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Establish brand positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing

plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments

• Lead the execution of marketing programs, leveraging internal support and

driving collaboration

• Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best

practices to build successful strategies

• Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and

evolve lead-nurturing tactics

• Better understanding of product and brand marketing and are up-to-date with the

latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, inbound marketing and content

marketing. • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish

budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide

sales support

• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and

communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and

budgets

• Assist Sales team with lead generation, industry fitments as well as through sales

kits and various collaterals such as testimonials, case-studies to better the

conversion funnel

• Thorough understanding of the international digital marketing landscape and best

practices especially regarding the US market

Experience

• Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns in International

Market

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy

• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies

• Minimum 7+ years of proven industry experience
