Responsibilities of a Marketing Manager at Labkafe:

Research new opportunities in the market to find gaps and potentials

Analyze competitors to understand and implement areas of improvement

Do market research to understand the client base and their needs

Develop marketing strategies (SWOT analysis, objectives, goals, persona identification, etc.)

Determine and manage different avenues of marketing (content, SEO, email, ads, social media, etc.)

Managing all marketing team elements (content, graphics, telemarketers etc.)

Collaborating with other departments (sales, tech, admin, product teams etc.)

Regularly analyze the progress of marketing efforts and provide weekly reports to directors

Predict and manage marketing budget

Take part in recruitment and training of marketing team personnel

Advise the management on how to acquire more leads

Arrange and take part in promotional activities/events for the company

Pertinent Skill Set:

A respectable degree in marketing or business field

Proven past experience in designing and implementing marketing campaigns

Data-driven mind with great ability to see insights

Knowledge of marketing software

Strong project management and multitasking skills

MBA in Marketing is desirable

Lots of contacts in press, media, and digital marketing agencies is very desirable

Desired Soft Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Bengali will be a plus)

Excellent office software skills (MS-office, Google Workspace, Office 360)

Willingness and ability to travel across India

Healthy and vigorous mind and body, very positive and bright attitude

Experience Required:

Two-five years; freshers need not apply

Work Schedule:

Full-time in-Office, Mon-Sat, 10 am to 7 pm
