Key Result Areas:
· Drive overall business operations (marketing & business development) for Pathology Lab/ Covid-19 test lab by conceptualizing & implementing sound business strategies for accomplishment of marketing targets.
· Generate new business. Formulate long term / short term strategic plans, budgets to enhance sales, conduct negotiations & marketing operations thereby achieving increased sales growth across Kolkata & surrounding areas.
· Design, develop and implement marketing programs area wise throughout North Kolkata & surrounding areas.
· Plan and execute various activation programs and promotional campaigns with the aim to increase in over all samples from patients.
· Plan individual / team goals to achieve preset targets within time, quality & cost parameters.
· Skill in effectuating business development strategies for the purpose of achieving designed revenue plans.
· Regular interactions with the management for consultation and their support.
· Accountable for providing direction, motivation and training to own team and ensuring optimum performance.
· Handling marketing and branding budgets and preparing annual marketing calendar for marketing.
· Organising daily/ weekly/ monthly MIS report generation vis a vis patient sample flow and revenue.
· Organising health check up camps / Seminars / workshops.
· Identifying potential areas for revenue generation and increasing brand penetration in those areas.

· Strong logical, analytical and problem solving skills.· Strong leadership & team management skills.· Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. Open to travelling. Versatile, dynamic, curious. Out of the box thinking. · Excellent understanding of MS Excel, MS Office APPs.
· Social media savvy.
