2. Implementation of Organisation Marketing Policies and Strategies.

3. Training, Motivated to Subordinates Time to Time for Their Better Performance in the Field.

4. Managing & Monitoring Day to Day Activities in the Field Operation.

5. Manage Field Related Issues and Build Up Well Strategies to Forecast the Business Motive, other Duties as Offered.

required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

i. At Least 3 Year of Experience in Direct Selling or Mlm Company/organisation in State/national Level.

ii. Having Dynamic Personality, Good Communication Skill, Leadership Quality and Decision Taker.

iii. Can Conversant in Hindi, English and other Local Languages.
