Main responsibilities
Create and assign tasks in our clients' accounts using a project management tool.
Providing summaries and directions for campaign activities.
Conducting and participating in internal and client strategy meetings.
Working closely with marketing professionals and coordinators to ensure that the work is done at a high level on all tasks and projects are completed on time and within the framework.
Resource management (internal, external) and weekly volume monitoring.
Analyze and report on the progress and effectiveness of the campaign.
Requirements:
Be accountable and own the overall success of your client portfolio.
Knowledge of key marketing principles and best practices across all marketing channels.
Excellent marketing project management skills to plan, execute and report on multiple marketing projects at the same time.
Experience working with publications and associations to attract leads and expand our database.
Ability to operate in a rapidly changing, demanding and energetic environment with minimal direction.
Knowledge of marketing strategy and customer base concepts
Deep understanding of demand generation, lead life cycle, lead nurturing, and the buyer's journey.
Experience in content marketing, audience segmentation and campaign analytics.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including copywriting and proofreading.
