• Should have Pan India veterinary sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for maximizing market share and sales volume for Dairy/ Poultry segment product lines across channels in India, thereby achieve org's vision of becoming the Best Performing and Most Respected company in the area of Animal Health products market.
• Develop and implement sales plan in line with the business unit strategy to ensure that the business unit achieves its desired sales and market share objectives
• Ensure development and maximization of revenues through the sales channels for the Dairy/Poultry segment.
• Responsible for achieving sales growth for new products to ensure growth of market share
• Coordinate with the Senior team to ensure timely availability of quality products at the C&F
• Engage with marketing strategy team to ensure implementation of the marketing campaigns to reach the desired user set
• Maintain a sound and effective sales organization capable of achieving desired sales coverage, market penetration and volume and margin goals
