Roles and Responsibilities

Marketing Manager

• Recruiting Advisors

• Training Advisors, Providing sales inputs to Advisors

• Advisors’ follow up

• Getting the sales done through Advisors and keeping them motivated

• Reaching monthly personal sale and Advisors’

• Updating report every day

For Example –

Performance of the month of Marketing Manager and Advisors

Marketing Manager’s logins in a month 30

30 Advisors’ logins in a month 120

(Min 4 logins X 30 Advisors)

Marketing Manager will get Rs 39,000 + Performance Bonus

Fixed salary 21,000

10 Extra logins after 20 X 600 = 6,000

Advisors’ logins 120 X 100 = 12,000

• What if you have not done min 20 logins in a month?

You will be paid - no of your logins X Rs 600

• What if your advisors have not done min 4 logins in a month?

First of all, you have recruited interested persons only. There will be less possibility of not logging min 4 logins in a month. Second, training (product knowledge, how to talk, what to talk, how to build relationships with customers) not received by you. And so on….

• There will be an increase in the Salary after the first year

• Opportunity to get Export Job Profile after the first year
