Job brief
We are looking for a Marketing manager to increase the reach of our organization, brand and services while building long-term client relationships.
As a marketing manager, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of marketing processes to provide wide reach and clientele growth all over India. Excellent Communication and media preparation proficiency are also essential for this position.
Ultimately, you should aspire to reach maximum potential customers, gain business, increase revenue, develop and maintain successful relationships with large, distributed customers.
Responsibilities
• Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online)
• Implementation of the marketing campaigns from ideation to final analysis and refinement
• Creation of engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage
• Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists as per the need
• Define strategies and act in content marketing, customer specific media preparations, advertising, Search Engine Optimisation, Search Engine Marketing, Outdoor Marketing, Social Media Advertising, email campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
• Preparing and delivering the company presentations by Personally meeting with various role players in the industry in various regions of India.
Requirements and skills
• Proven working experience as a Marketing manager (preferably but not mandatory in civil engineering and infrastructure development industry)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (. Salesforce)
• Proficiency in English

• MBA in Marketing or relevant field
