Responsible for Marketing and Sales of Specialty Industrial Oils and Lubricants in assigned territory.
Develop quantitative and qualitative targets for sales, margins.
Responsible for achievement of these agreed targets.
Selection, appointment and management of appropriate channel partners for sales.
Responsible for generating orders of specialty Industrial Oils & Lubricants & Oils.
Training of customer staff and internal teams on how to use various Lubricants on site or at office.
Minimise debtors without sacrificing business targets.
New business development through cold calling prospective new customers.
Undertake and maintain updated market surveys, analysis and market intelligence, monitor competitor activities.
Obtain and maintain approvals of Customer for Company products.
Participate in Seminars, exhibitions and local trade meetings.
Effectively utilizes CRM to manage and track leads. Proactively generate leads by meeting new clients, driving the entire sales cycle with the goal of revenue growth. Develops the business thru networking events and have a “can do” attitude.
Education-
• Graduate: Science, Engineering or AMIE Diploma
• PG: Post Graduation – Will be preferred – MSc, MBA
