Job Brief :
As a Growth Lead, you will work closely with the leadership team to deliver Gushs growth vision. We're looking for an analytical, curiously creative, detail-oriented, data-driven growth marketer to build and grow the brand. You will own the customer journey from the GTM channel until the user activation.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Drive and implement a growth strategy for acquisition and adoption by setting core goals, priorities, and targets.
Own the customer funnel right from the acquisition channel down to conversion and user activation.
Propose and implement product hooks that convert.
Identify new user acquisition channels and marketing campaigns for organic user growth and innovate on growth loops.
Take ownership of key growth metrics and work closely with the leadership, as well as design and product teams to achieve our growth goals.
Capture insights from growth test successes and failures, and communicate them to the broader team.
Identifying content opportunities for creating viral growth.
Build and own best-in-class, performance-optimised acquisition strategy and own the day-to-day execution and optimisation of campaigns on all key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Google Adwords etc.)
Job Requirements
2+ yrs of experience in growth marketing.
Proven track record of driving growth in your previous roles and are able to show the impact of your work on the companys key metrics.
Technical expertise in marketing with various tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook, SEO tools, Adwords, Heatmaps, etc.
Ability to go deep into the funnel data and segmentation analysis to find opportunities for growth.
Experience in building a Growth Strategy for Content.
