Job Description of Marketing Manager :
Sound knowledge of Marketing strategies, preferably of Telecom/VoIP domain
Excellent communication skills for communicating with international clients
Should be able to interview, hire, and train marketing staff members
Establishing marketing goals based on past performances and market forecasts
Ability to oversee current offerings and coming up with initiatives for new campaigns
Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
Work with the sales team to develop detailed marketing plans for branding, marketing of all products.
Completely responsible for planning marketing strategies – online/offline and execute the same
Able to perform in the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
Communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
Provide in-depth information to interested clients, and act as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings
Work within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product
Track all marketing and sales data and create detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to management
Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
