Responsibilities And Duties

1. Strategic Marketing Execution

Lead and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including lead generation, content marketing, email strategies, and digital outreach, to drive business growth and engagement.

Oversee SEO/SEM strategy and execution, ensuring content is optimised to increase visibility, improve rankings, and engage target audiences effectively.

2. Performance Marketing & Distribution Optimisation

Develop and manage high-impact performance marketing campaigns that align with broader distribution strategies to drive maximum ROI.

Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine campaigns, optimising for effectiveness, reach, and engagement.

3. Brand Development & Market Penetration

Champion brand-building initiatives to elevate brand recognition, positioning, and share within target markets.

Formulate strategies that enhance brand perception, increase awareness, and achieve deeper market penetration, fostering lasting connections with the target audience.

4. Data-Driven Strategy & Optimisation

Leverage advanced analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and adjust strategies for optimal results.

Implement a data-first approach to ensure marketing efforts are continuously refined based on real-time insights and market trends.

5. Cross-functional Leadership & Strategic Partner Management

Coordinate across Sales, Technology, and On-ground Teams to ensure alignment and cohesion in marketing strategies, fostering a collaborative environment that supports shared goals.

Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with external partners, including digital agencies, SEO experts, and performance marketing teams, to amplify brand visibility and ensure impactful marketing outcomes.

6. Project Management Excellence & Technical Proficiency

Lead multiple projects concurrently, using project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira to ensure timely, organised.
