As the Marketing Manager at Swapna Weddings, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and contribute to the overall success of the showroom. We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual with a proven track record in fashion retail marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Swapna Weddings' brand, products, and services.

Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.

Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and effective marketing collateral, including product catalogs, promotional materials, and advertisements.

Oversee the showroom's online presence, ensuring the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.

Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content, and fostering community engagement.

Plan and execute events, promotions, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.

Analyze marketing performance metrics, track ROI, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the retail or fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Strong understanding of fashion trends, bridal wear, and formal wear markets.
