Key Responsibilities:

- **Strategy Development:** Design and implement innovative marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive sales growth for our exotic vegetable line.

- **Market Research:** Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions and product development.

- **Digital Marketing:** Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.

- **Brand Management:** Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and promotional materials.

- **Partnerships and Collaborations:** Identify and establish partnerships with chefs, influencers, retailers, and distributors to promote our products and expand market reach.

- **Content Creation:** Produce engaging content (blogs, videos, recipes, etc.) that highlights the uniqueness of our vegetables and invites customers to explore new culinary possibilities.

- **Sales Support:** Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support their efforts in reaching retail and food service customers.

- **Customer Engagement:** Develop programs and strategies to engage with our customer base and foster a community around exotic vegetables.

- **Budget Management:** Prepare and manage the marketing budget, tracking expenditures and ROI for marketing initiatives.

- **Performance Analysis:** Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to measure impact and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food or agriculture industry.
