Duties and Responsibilities:

- Planning & Strategizing marketing campaigns and drive their implementation from ideation to execution

- Analyzing & keeping up with marketing trends and preparing all the reports required

- Building and managing social media presence of the company

- Identifying and optimizing the impact of marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis of performance metrics (ROIs and KPIs)

- Managing production and performance of multimedia content

- Planning and proofreading creative copy for multiple marketing campaigns and collaterals

- Ensuring aggressive progress in creating brand awareness and attracting ideal customers

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication or similar field

- 3+ years of experience as a marketing manager ( Jewellery Industry - Preferred )

- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, branding, technology and budget

- Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
