Roles and Responsibilities

Company in manufacturer of packaging films prominent player in flexible packaging

industry. Candidate will be responsible for marketing and growth in sales.

Building personal client relationships for long term business.

Identifying markets/customers and developing suitable strategy to win new customers.

Development of new business by studying market, approaching potential customers and

converting leads into customers.

Should be effective team leader to motivate & guide the marketing team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

-Only MALE candidates in the age group of 30 to 45 years.

-Willing to work on fixed salary + performance linked incentive basis.

-Experience of marketing in B2B industry for minimum 5 years.

-Result oriented with a positive outlook.

-Professional approach in working with financial integrity.

-Ability to impress and negotiate with client.

-Resident in Delhi/NCR.

-Willing to travel all over India.
