Responsibilities
 Marketing Strategy and Execution:
 Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns across platforms.
 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
 Oversee the creation of marketing collateral and presentations.
 Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts across social media, websites, and email campaigns.
 Client Servicing and Account Management:
 Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing expectations and delivering excellent service.
 Take detailed briefs from clients and translate them into actionable plans for internal teams.
 Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
 Business Development and Sales:
 Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships.
 Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and contracts for prospective clients.
 Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets and onboard new clients.
 Project Coordination and Internal Communication:
 Manage communication between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
 Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and solutions.
 Implement feedback from clients and coordinate changes with internal teams effectively.
Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
 2-5 years of experience in marketing, client servicing, business development, or account management.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
 Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and project management platforms.
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
 Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think on your feet.
