Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns across platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral and presentations.
Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts across social media, websites, and email campaigns.
Client Servicing and Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing expectations and delivering excellent service.
Take detailed briefs from clients and translate them into actionable plans for internal teams.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
Business Development and Sales:
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships.
Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and contracts for prospective clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets and onboard new clients.
Project Coordination and Internal Communication:
Manage communication between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and solutions.
Implement feedback from clients and coordinate changes with internal teams effectively.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in marketing, client servicing, business development, or account management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and project management platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think on your feet.
