We are on the path to launching 3 new restaurants in the next year.
• Indian Street Food: A restaurant, adopting our philosophy of rooted design, warmth, and elevated customer experience, this concept will specialize in Indian Street Cuisine, entertaining 200 covers.
• Sustainable Gastronomy: This is an Organic, farm-to-fork restaurant with vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options entertaining 125 covers.
• A large format inclusive experience inspired by ‘URU’: This restaurant will focus on Indian, Pan Asian, and Continental cuisines entertaining 650-750 covers in an acre of land.
Job Description:
As the Marketing Lead for MHPL, you will be responsible for
• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies & campaigns that align with the company's objectives.
• Overseeing all the day-to-day marketing activities at our outlets
• Leading a team of talented marketing professionals and collaborating with cross-functional departments to successfully implement marketing initiatives.
• Responsible for building and promoting the brand
• Coordination with Social Media Agencies, PR agencies, Event curators & managers
• The primary focus will be to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and foster customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to support the company's growth objectives. Analyze market trends, identify target audiences, and craft effective marketing strategies to reach and engage customers.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-perform
