• Ensure consistent brand representation in all communications by adhering to established tone, voice, and terminology guidelines.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of our social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. Adapt content to suit the specific nuances of each platform.
• Create compelling multimedia content tailored for distribution across diverse digital platforms.
• Initiate, manage, and supervise new competitions and campaigns strategically designed to promote the K11 Brand.
• Establish key partnerships with influencers and bloggers across various social media platforms.
• Manage and moderate online communities, actively engaging in discussions and addressing social media posts.
• Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to monitor, assess, and report on social media performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging methodologies to enhance the measurement of social media activities.
• Analyze competitor actions and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
• Effectively manage allocated budgets for social media initiatives.
• Promote the adoption of effective social media practices among colleagues and advocate for its integration within the company's overall marketing strategy (relevant for in-house roles).
• Cultivate collaboration and cooperation among different teams and departments.
• Contribute insights and responses on platforms like Quora to engage with relevant audiences.
• Oversee the development and execution of the monthly editorial calendar, incorporating targeted sales objectives and strategic initiatives.
