Job description: Marketing Manager-Real Estate
Lead Generation: engage in lead generation techniques to identify vital/Potential properties for sales and also attract potential buyers and renters, utilizing online platforms, networking, and partnerships for identified properties and more specifically Residential and Commercial land.
Strategic Marketing Planning: develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to reach the target audience effectively .
Online and Offline Marketing: execute both online and offline marketing activities, including social media campaigns, email marketing, print ads.
Market Research: conduct thorough market research in select cities (Chennai/Mumbai/Calcutta/Bangalore) and TN in general to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive strategies and also identify potential properties for sale.
Media and Advertising: cooperatively work with media professionals, advertising agencies, and vendors to ensure optimal exposure for Indus properties. This includes negotiating and placing ads, managing budgets, and measuring the effectiveness of campaigns.
Data Analysis and Reporting: track marketing metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Support General Manager or initiate regards and POAs.
Brand Development: responsible for creating a consistent and compelling brand image for company, and building brand recognition.
