Job Description: -

 Strategically planning and execution of Client Acquisition and Business Development

 Generate meetings / appointments by telephonic communication

 Prospecting through one-to-one meetings in person with Builders, Interior Architects, Property

Owners and any other Influencers.

 Need analysis, Objection handling and Need generation

 Create a connect, build trust and generate loyalty with the prospects

 Aiming for lead conversion and contribute to the Sales Closure / Revenue Generation

 New client acquisition and old customer retention: both would be the core responsibility.

Desired Candidate Profile: -

 Joining within 2 to 7 days is required (We prefer immediate joiners)

 Education: Graduate (Regular Course in any Stream) is preferred

 Age: 22 to 35 years

 Impressive personality and very good sense of dressing

 Excellent communication (Fluency in language without any mother tongue influence or pause)

 Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

 Extrovert, Positive Attitude and Open-minded

 This is not a desk job. Our Marketing and BD Personnel is required to go for business meetings

on a daily basis. So, a personal vehicle with valid documents is always preferred.
