-Responsible for researching new product or service opportunities available to the company
-Develop marketing strategies within the organization. After performing the necessary research, marketing professionals then use this information to create strategies that are aimed at meeting the company’s marketing and business goals
-Increasing brand awareness and market share
-Overseeing branding, advertising and promotional campaigns (ATL/BTL)
-Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events
-Competition intelligence and mapping
-Handles assigned markets ,customers, institutions and prospects efficiently.
-Influence institutions, individual customer and promote products (preferably Tiles Profile) and achieve conversion to grow the market.
-Achieves sales volumes and collection targets.
-Track and follow up sales leads (IHBs, small-mid sized projects)
-Tracks dealer/customer orders, liaison with commercial and service team and resolve customer issues
-Handles customer issues, resolve and communicate/escalate if required, to the Area Sales Manager
-Submits reports and data to Area Sales Manager on-time
-Monitors the market conditions and competitor activities on an on-going basis
-Ensures on ground implementation in sync with marketing initiatives/media activities
-Handles ground implementation of marketing activities in assigned territories.
-Maintains liaison and relationship with key fabricators, contractors, architects
-Follow up with active leads, quote for the leads and negotiate to close the sale.
-Maintains liaison and relationship with respective municipal corporations, district development authorities, get information on housing starts.
-Generate MIS based on customer intelligence and progress of sales targets as well as competitor activity for the ASM
