1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, promote products and services, and increase brand awareness.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and utilize the insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
3. Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives, provide them with necessary marketing support, and ensure effective lead generation and conversion.
4. Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and display advertising.
5. Create engaging and persuasive marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, case studies, whitepapers, and sales collateral, to effectively communicate our value proposition to target audiences.
6. Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement, and provide regular reports to the management team.
7. Plan and execute events, webinars, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads, build brand awareness, and establish thought leadership in the industry.
8. Collaborate with the Product team to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.
9. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the marketing function.
