As a SEO Manager you will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing our SEO strategy. As our online presence is extremely important for the success of the business, your position will play a huge role in driving our business growth and success.
What you will do:
- Leading and directing the implementation of strategic and operative on and off-page SEO strategies and optimization for Code Craft
• Leading technical SEO analysis, identifying and executing website optimization strategies that deliver organic leads and conversions
• Lead a team of in house SEO experts to drive results
• Developing, track and monitor SEO targets, including KPIs, in alignment with business strategy
• Cooperating with internal stakeholders across marketing and engineering teams
• Staying ahead of industry changes and act as our in-house expert on new approaches to SEO
• Own complete end to end growth of the brands blog
What you will need:
- 10+ Years of Experience in SEO
Past experience in managing a team
Strong communication skills
Technical proficiency, including the ability to speak developers language
An analytical mind-set and a very good understanding of business-savvy
SEO KPIs
Proficiency with SEO tools, including Google Search Console, SEMRUSH tools etc
Strong business acumen and ability to persuade others
- Ability to quickly identify and assess client needs and objectives
- Ability to receive, interpret and react to client requests in a customer focused manner and with a high degree of professionalism
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize, and work under pressure
