Job Description
As a Marketing Manager at Cams Biometrics, you will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support our sales and partnership efforts. Youll work closely with the sales, partnerships, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns (both digital and offline) to promote Cams Biometrics products and services.
Create marketing materials, content, and strategies that align with our brand identity and target audience.
Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing efforts to increase organic and paid traffic.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Plan and execute product launches and manage marketing aspects of new product development.
Manage relationships with external vendors, such as designers, advertising agencies, and printers.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop campaigns that generate qualified leads and help achieve sales targets.
Analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance to optimize strategy and report on ROI.
Lead brand-building initiatives, including PR, webinars, and events.
Manage marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI on all activities.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing, particularly within the tech or B2B industry.
