Job Responsibilities
1. Sales and Business Development: - Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, relationship-building, and business development activities within the interior design sector. - Attend leads and proactively build and nurture business relations with current and potential customers. - Initiate outbound calls to connect with potential customers and explore business opportunities. 2. Interior Designing Expertise: - Possess in-depth knowledge of interior designing principles, including engineering, dimensions, materials, and color. - Proficient in interior designing principles to effectively communicate design concepts. 3. Sales Targets: - Achieve assigned sales targets, including New Client Acquisition, number of projects, and overall project value. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of business leads to ensure continuous growth. 4. Client Acquisition: - Prospect and acquire new clients through effective networking and outreach efforts. - Identify, evaluate, and implement new lucrative business propositions to expand the client base. 5. Communication Skills: - Possess advanced verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and proposals. 6. Team Collaboration: - Work collaboratively within a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment. - Participate as part of the Team during the Design stage, working towards achieving positive project closures. 7. Language Proficiency: - Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, and English languages for effective communication with clients.
