Qualification - MBA in Marketing .

Experience - 5- 10 years of experience in sales in Hospital / IVF industry.

Job role - Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets.

Negotiate and close agreements with hospitals and referral doctors.

Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
