Job description

Position: As Management Trainee Sales & Marketing Department for preliminary Three Months

On successful completion of the training period they will be absorbed as Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing under probation for Three months. All positions are liable for confirmation as Assistant Manager on successful completion of the probation period

Scope of work -

The Management Trainee will be responsible for business generation from customers- doctors, hospitals, Franchise, appointing Consultant/ HUBs/ Centres within the specified territory and to outsmart competition through market penetration and ensuring growth of existing infra and compliance and intradepartmental coordination for smooth running of territory.
