Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying
opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Generate new business leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and client referrals.
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
Prepare persuasive pitch presentations using PowerPoint to showcase our services and capabilities.
Collaborate closely with the creative and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and
client satisfaction.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Requirements:
0 to 3 years of work experience in client servicing or business development roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
