Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying
opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Generate new business leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and client referrals.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
• Prepare persuasive pitch presentations using PowerPoint to showcase our services and capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with the creative and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and
client satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Requirements:
• 0 to 3 years of work experience in client servicing or business development roles.
