Real Estate Marketing Intern

Job Description:

As a Real Estate Marketing Intern, you will assist in promoting properties, developing marketing strategies, and engaging potential clients. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to create campaigns, manage online listings, conduct market research, and enhance brand awareness. This internship provides hands-on experience in real estate marketing, digital promotions, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing & Online Promotions

Manage and update property listings on real estate websites, social media, and company portals.

Create engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels) to attract buyers and investors.

Assist in executing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO strategies to generate leads.

Monitor and analyze website traffic and engagement metrics.

2. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Conduct research on real estate market trends, property prices, and buyer preferences.

Analyze competitors' marketing strategies and suggest improvements.

Prepare reports on customer demographics and target markets.

3. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

Respond to inquiries from potential buyers and investors via email, calls, and social media.

Maintain a database of leads and assist in follow-ups and lead nurturing.

Support the sales team by qualifying potential buyers and scheduling property visits.

4. Content Creation & Branding

Assist in designing brochures, flyers, and presentations for property promotions.

Write creative and compelling property descriptions, blog posts, and advertisements.

Help in producing video tours and promotional materials for properties.

5. Event & Campaign Management

Support the team in planning real estate expos, open houses, and client meetings.

Help coordinate real estate webinars, property launch events, and investor meetups.

Assist in public relations activities and corporate branding.
