Responsibilities
Competitor Research & Analysis
Creation of Monthly & Quarterly content plans with guidance from the Project Manager
Implement a social media strategy to reach more people.
Post or Schedule content on different social media platforms
Brand, Industry, and Location specific hashtag research, and implementation
Creation of trending stories and reels using Canva
Stay up to date with upcoming events, topical posts, and color trends
Write / Rewrite / QC captions and hashtags that are tailored to each platform
Stay up-to-date with Social Media updates and trends.
Maintain tracking systems regularly to determine areas for social media campaign improvement and to gather visitor data
Boost reach and engagement on platforms
Real-time tracking and responding to customers' queries and complaints
Share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
Requirements and Skills
Quick learner and familiar with how different social media platforms work.
Open to upskilling every day.
Savvy about creating Instagram reels and stories.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Staying up to date with latest video effects, video editing apps
A keen interest in social media and its role in marketing and branding
Knowledge of social media marketing tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
Strong creative and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English
