Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist to drive client engagement and sales in the insurance and mutual funds sectors. This role requires strong communication skills, fieldwork, and a commitment to building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance financial security and maximize sales.

2. Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

3. Conduct client visits to present insurance and mutual fund products, addressing needs.

4. Actively engage with clients to explain product benefits and guide informed decisions.

5. Develop strategies for client acquisition through networking, referrals, and community events.

6. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

8. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align client acquisition strategies.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred.

Any graduate or related field is a plus.
