Job Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels
marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
3. Strong knowledge of website analytics tools, Experience in setting up and optimizing digital marketing,
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
4. Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets.

1. Lead, develop and implement strategies and goals based on market research, trends, dynamics and
customer needs to create awareness about activity. Lead, develop and manage a complete Online/
Offline Marketing plan to build brand awareness, and generate revenue for the organization.
2. Formulating, directing and deploying the successful marketing campaigns and owns their
implementation from ideation to execution. Develop and execute marketing activities focused on lead
generation, lead nurturing, conversion optimization and driving awareness and brand equity that build
a loyal customer base.
3. Responsible for making continuous improvement in existing systems, resources and efficiencies of
Department to increase business and branding of the organization.
4. Forecast annual revenue plan, assign targets to teams and through them develop and well laid out
action plan to meet the forecast.
*Lead, manage and drive key promotional activities/ campaigns to enable achievement of business
objectives.
*. Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image and branding for all products/ branch and
locations.
*Oversees and coordinates the implementation of new CRM and integration with the internal IT function,
third-party, and email service providers. Optimize marketing activities through complete automation
via CRM. Develop and manage website & mobile application with better UI, features.
