Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer
Job Summary: Plan, implement, oversee, and evaluate comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and profitability for our company. Leverage integrated marketing tactics to engage customers throughout their entire journey with us from awareness to advocacy. Lead the marketing team and ensure smooth functioning across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders - including investors, shareholders, employees, trade partners, and consumers to foster understanding and support for the organizations mission and vision.
2. Create clear, compelling value propositions reflecting our distinctive strengths, offering proposition and customer benefits that resonate with target segments. Use positioning statements and messaging frameworks to communicate these effectively across multiple channels.
3. Design and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns tailored to each stage of the buyer lifecycle and characterized by personalized content, segmentation, predictive modeling, testing, targeting, analytics, and optimization.
4. Implement demand generation programs using diverse channels including email marketing, social media, webinars, SEO/SEM, affiliate partnerships, events, sponsorships, public relations, and content marketing. Measure program effectiveness utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
5. Build credibility and trustworthiness amongst potential customers by developing high-quality, informative, engaging and shareable content assets covering topics spanning product features, use cases, pricing, reviews, case studies, blogs, videos, podcasts, whitepapers, eBooks, infographics, and more. Distribute this content via owned, earned, paid, and shared media channels to maximize exposure.
