Job Summary:

SDS Softwares is seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts, promote our products and services, and guide our team with effective marketing strategies. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a proven background in marketing leadership who can mentor our team and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Lead marketing initiatives, including campaigns, product promotions, and digital outreach.

Provide guidance and training to the marketing team, sharing best practices and enhancing skills.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust marketing strategies as needed.

Manage marketing budgets and track the effectiveness of campaigns.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 3-5 years as a Marketing Head or in a similar senior marketing role.

Skills: Extensive knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and promotional strategies.

Leadership: Proven experience in guiding and mentoring a marketing team.

Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of market trends, analytics, and performance metrics.
